Every Full-Service project begins with a Discovery Call, followed by an in-person Design Consultation. These first steps help clarify your goals, timeline, and investment range, while offering insight into how you want your home to feel and function.
From there, our streamlined three-phase process—Concept Design, Design Development, and Implementation— guides you through the project with ease, while all complexities are managed behind the scenes, delivering a home that’s beautiful, functional, and tailored to your way of life.

Full Service Design
Phase 1:
Concept Design
After our Design Consultation, the Concept Phase is where we officially kick things off! Through a Deep Dive Meeting and inspiration review, we'll uncover the heart of what you love, what you need, and maybe even a few things you didn’t know you were missing. This phase brings together everything needed to shape the aesthetic direction and functional goals for your home, guided by your wishlist and priorities.
You’ll receive a cohesive visual concept, a schematic floor plan, and a preliminary investment outline, all with the opportunity to share essential feedback so the Design Development phase can move forward with clarity.
Phase 2:
Design Development
With the concept in place, this is where the design comes to life. We’ll refine every element, from floor plans to finishes, furnishings, and the perfect light fixture, shaping a comprehensive plan that is both cohesive and uniquely yours.
At the end of this phase, an in-person Design Presentation gives you the opportunity to experience the design in detail. During this key meeting, we’ll review visuals including renderings and mood boards, along with curated selections like specific plumbing fixtures and finishes, furniture pieces, upholstery samples and more, helping you envision the beautiful new chapter that awaits.
Phase 3:
IMPLEMENTATION
Once the design is approved, we move into the construction phase. At the start of Implementation, all plans, elevations, selections, and documentation are finalized and provided to your team at the Construction Kickoff Meeting, where we review the proposed plans with your GC/PM so everyone is aligned from the start. Site visits are scheduled at key phases to ensure the design intent stays on track. During this time, procurement is also underway for all furnishings, lighting, art, and accessories. All of the logistics are expertly managed so you can focus on your day to day.
By the end of this phase, every detail is in place and your home is ready to welcome family, friends, and everyday life with ease.
